The Burnout Recovery Bundle (BRB) was created by Jannifer Denise for anyone struggling with the many challenges of burnout—especially Autistic burnout caused by late or missed diagnoses of Autism and ADHD.
Jannifer’s lifelong experiences with sensory overstimulation, time management difficulties, rapid creative ideation, and task paralysis—alongside periods of intense execution—led her down the path of chronic self-development. With a background in social work, education, and personal development, her professional career was dedicated to serving others until she burned out in 2023.
It wasn’t until her own Autism and ADHD diagnosis that she began to better understand the root causes of many of her struggles. As she sought support, she realized just how few resources dedicated to Black and Brown women existed. Finding support and resources needed to be simpler. Navigating burnout, neurodivergence, and the unique experience of People of Color was important to Jannifer so she compiled many of the resources she explored.
The Burnout Recovery Bundle was born out of that journey. It is a hub (or bundle) of tools, resources, and insights—not just from Jannifer’s own burnout recovery but in collaboration with others—to provide holistic, culturally relevant support for those on the path to life beyond burnout. There's no one size fits all approach to burnout recovery. The Burnout Recovery Bundle is designed to be a free & diverse resource for sharing support.
The Burnout Recovery Bundle is a collective effort—a space where Black & Brown Autistic and ADHD Thought Leaders can share knowledge and resources without the pressure of constant engagement.
